• Spousal/child support calculations and analysis

• Case conference preparation and attendance

• Settlement conference preparation and attendance

• Simple motion (if needed for urgent relief)

• Ongoing communication with you and opposing counsel

• Minutes of settlement and court orders

• Full litigation support through settlement

Investment: $3700 plus HST per month for 12 months

Timeline unknown as it is dependent upon Court schedules.

Important Notes:

• If settlement is reached before using all services, you only pay for the services provided.

• If your case proceeds to trial, a trial retainer will be required and our hourly rates will apply

• Questioning (examinations) and mediation are billed separately at hourly rates, if required

• Complex motions require additional fees

You can upgrade to Court Ready Package at any time if settlement efforts fail—any unused fees from your original package transfer over.
